I believe in a comprehensive, collaborative approach to professional development, performance improvement and business optimization. We start by identifying, clarifying and prioritizing your goals. We then explore your present reality, using capability or 360 degree assessments to help us get an objective picture: what's really happening at work, how well is your business functioning (if you're a small business owner), how do others view your performance, what are your strengths, values and areas for growth? With this data, we develop a plan of action - specific, impactful steps you'll take to reach your goals - and metrics to gauge your progress. I provide an accountability structure to keep you on track.

Coached CEO of architectural firm to improve workflow for developing new building design plans, motivate or remove underperforming associates, run team and companywide meetings effectively, and enhance executive presence.

Leader established clear performance expectations, benchmarks and incentives.
He also began communicating explicit agenda in advance of team meetings and stuck firmly to the agenda. Leader entered early into strategic discussions (rather than hanging back) to convey authority and deployed assertive body language in firm-wide addresses.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment that helps people understand themselves and others by identifying their preferences in four areas: (1)

The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) is a career assessment tool that helps people identify their interests and work preferences, and find careers that suit them. The HPI assesses the capabilities of your “bright or normal” personality. Unlike the HPI, the HDS focuses on the “dark side” of your personality, mitigating performance issues before they occur. It does this by detecting those qualities that can be disruptive, increase strain, and reduce the likelihood of success. Finally, the MVPI describes your personality from the inside, predicting job satisfaction by measuring values, core goals, and the desire to attain.

When you take the CliftonStrengths Assessment (owned by Gallup), you uncover your unique combination of 34 CliftonStrengths themes. The themes, which sort into four domains, are a culmination of decades of research to study and categorize the talents of the world's most successful people. Together, the themes explain a simple but profound element of human behavior: what's right with people. Individually, each theme gives you a way to describe what you naturally do best or what you might need help from others to accomplish.

A verbal 360 is process for collecting feedback via face-to-face conversations using using predetermined questions. The feedback comes from people you currently work with or have worked with in the past. You choose the participants.
Please reach me at info@bluehillsexecutivecoaching.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I guide you through a process of identifying and articulating your fundamental challenges, assessing your capabilities, setting concrete goals, developing strategies to reach these goals and staying accountable.
We typically start by gauging your progress since the previous session, identifying unresolved or emerging problems, and determining goals (desired outcomes) for the session. After prioritizing these goals, we start with your most important goal and deepen our analysis of the problem that's at its root. When this is sufficiently complete, we turn to problem-solving using open-ended inquiry, diagnostic tools and practical exercises. I give targeted feedback and make concrete recommendations. Sessions conclude with a review of next steps.
We usually meet every two weeks. Sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour. However, the length of the session may vary depending on your needs.
Cost depends on the length of the engagement and the inclusion of special services (360 interviews, personality assessments, leadership style inventories). Many institutions offer support. Find out if yours does too.
Your identity, the goals of your coaching program and the content of sessions are confidential, and I will never disclose them to anyone without your consent. Confidentiality is essential to maintaining an environment of safety and trust.
